WHAT WE BELIEVE
Jana Fuchs, LCPC
Owner and Founder
My goal as a therapist is to help you find solutions that work for you and your individual needs.
Through various evidence based techniques, we will determine which behaviors and/or thoughts might be holding you back from maximizing your best life. There is no perfect candidate for psychotherapy, nor is therapy a “one size fits all” relationship. I have years of experience treating a diverse client population with varying needs. In particular, some of the issues that I often treat include depression and anxiety, grief and trauma, relationship issues, perinatal mental health issues, transitions to parenthood, and couple’s counseling. I practice from an anti-racist, multi-cultural perspective, which means that all races, religions, ethnicities, and sexual orientations are deeply honored and respected in the work that I do.
Kelly Neupert, LPC
Licensed Professional Counselor
My goal as a therapist is to help you better understand and become your favorite version of yourself.
We’ll work together to cultivate greater self-awareness and clarity through a process that emphasizes high empathy and high accountability. I specialize in working with millennial women struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relational issues, and life transitions (breakups, new job, move to new city, etc). Often, this work includes identifying strengths and building self-esteem, exploring persistent and damaging relational dynamics, and developing better boundaries and communication skills. Additionally, I work with millennial couples who want to improve their connection and intimacy or are looking for guidance on navigating changes in their relationship (marriage, kids, etc). Often, this work looks like learning how to fight better, not harder and strengthening the empathy, friendship, and respect between you.
I graduated from Northwestern University with a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling. I have extensive clinical experience in community mental health and private practice settings. Additional training includes: Gottman Level 1, Adult Children of Emotionally Immature Parents, and Neurobiology of Trauma. Similarly to Jana, I’m a firm believer in the power of social justice and advocacy and practice from an anti-racist, multicultural perspective.
